LABOUR BROKERAGE Labour Broker agreements where the employment status of the contractor is with the Labour provider thus ensuring no risks and liabilities for the client.
Long Term Labour agreement where clients are billed on all-inclusive rate for every hour worked. No other charges but a monthly administration fee will be levied against the client unless it is client controlled / approved costs such as overtime / family responsibility leave or extra time off. Service provider agreements where the client is charged a basic admin fee for each hour worked. All costs as agreed to in the formula contract will be charged back to the client. Ad Hoc agreements where the client requires a contractor on an as and when needed basis.
