We offer our service at an affordable price as we are willing to go the extra mile of being creative and getting thrifty about our crafting to deliver a tailor made event just for you. As Tiroentle Events Planning caters for event planning for social events, business events or a combination of both, we have a several ways in which we can charge a fair rate for our service for our clients. How we charge is determined by several factors including event planning operating expenses. As most clients or prospective clients have a target budget in mind, together we will determine the rate suitable to both of us and keeps us competitive in our market and generating a profit. If you are a client which prefer to know how much an event will cost inclusive of all fees, we are able to determine a flat fee and determine what services will be covered for that amount. This option is for moderate to high revenue generating events which we will charge between 15-20% of the total cost of an event as part of our fee. If you are a clients which prefers more flexibility we are able to identify an hourly rate for services, and estimate the total number of hours to manage and execute a your client program.
