Studies of tyre safety show that maintaining proper tyre pressure, observing tyre and vehicle load limits (not carrying more weight in your vehicle than your tyres or vehicle can safely handle), avoiding road hazards, and inspecting tyres for cuts, slashes, and other irregularities are the most important things you can do to avoid tyre failure, such as tread separation or blowout and flat tyres. If you have been driving your vehicle and think that a tyre is underinflated, fill it to the recommended cold inflation pressure indicated on your vehicle's tyre information placard or certification label. While your tyre may still be slightly underinflated due to the extra pounds of pressure in the warm tyre, it is safer to drive with air pressure that is slightly lower than the vehicle manufacturer's recommended cold inflation pressure than to drive with a significantly underinflated tyre. We hold stock of local brands and the best of imports. (premises are large enough for trucks to be stripped and fit). Forklift tyres are pressed on at our premises or we also do fitting on customer's premises. Between us we have got 36 years of experience in the tyre industry.
